Booking policies

These apply to bookings made on bozemanstays.com. Guests sign a rental agreement with these terms at checkout.

Check-in and checkout

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Checkout before 11:00 AM
• Late checkout must be approved in advance

Cancellation

Moderate. Cancel at least 5 days before check-in (3:00 PM) for a full refund. If you cancel less than 5 days before check-in, one night plus 50% of the remaining unused nights are non-refundable. The cleaning fee and lodging taxes for nights not stayed are refunded.

Guests and house rules

• Maximum 4 guests. The booking guest must be at least 21.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the condo or on the rooftop.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The rooftop patio and conference room are shared with the building.

Dogs

Up to 2 dogs are welcome for $25 per dog, per stay, plus lodging tax. Dogs can't be left alone unless crated and must stay off the beds. Please tell us about dogs when you book.

Security deposit, ID and rental agreement

A refundable $300 security deposit hold is placed on your card after booking and released after checkout once the condo is inspected. You'll verify your ID and e-sign the rental agreement through one secure link.

Taxes and fees

Prices include a $130 cleaning fee. Montana's 8% lodging tax applies to the full booking total. There is no booking-site service fee.

Payments and privacy

Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our booking system, Uplisting. We never see or store your full card number, and we only use your details to manage your stay.
